Most security companies generalize their security guard to fit into any assignment. Most agencies really don’t have a structured retail security program or the means to teach it. They practice “the one size fits all” approach to assigning security personnel to retail and other industries. At Sottile, we know that approach has many flaws. The security industry in general seems to lack the expertise to offer specialized security training and maintenance for its retail guards. Many security companies just offer mandated instruction and little else.

THE SECOND PHASE OF THE COURSE IS A SUMMATION AND WRITTEN EXAMINATION
The classroom portion of our training program requires the passing of a written examination.
Upon satisfactorily completion of the training program and passing of the exam will commence with an individualized award of Retail Pro-Watch Certification.
